Partnership with Biorole Recruitment Services

BioRole is a recruiter specializing in Biopharmaceutical field networking. Our company serves as a Human Resources department for several CRO's (Contract Research Organizations) and in doing so we provide access to a large pool of specialists in the clinical trials field. Our extensive experience in the clinical field has taught us that the most effective strategy to maintain and acquire talented individuals is through networking. Networking utilizes resources from many companies to facilitate successful recruitment and talent management, which is why we have decided to offer other recruiters the opportunity to optimize their capabilities through a close collaboration through signing a Recruitment Fee Split Agreement with us. Once the agreement is in place we can begin forwarding resumes of clinical research professionals to you for your assessment.  Also, we will place with your company inquiries for positions that we have to fill from our exclusive client roster. In accordance with our arrangements, we would be glad to receive your candidates to fill the wide range of positions that become available. Our usual practice is a 50% split; however, we can negotiate any percentages that you have in mind as long as this will apply mutually to all cases of recruitment and job vacancies. Please let us know of your intentions and opinion on such cooperation, so that a prosperous relationship can begin. We are ready and willing to forward the agreement for your review and signature, and we are also willing to receive any agreement from you that you wish for us to sign.
